How much time do you need for set up & sound check?
1 hour from when we are able to access the stage area
What are your standard performance times?
8pm – Midnight
I'm not sure what my timings are going to be yet, is there any flexibility on the standard timings?
Of course we can offer flexible times so long as we have plenty of notice, we normally wouldn't play longer than the usual 3.5 hours with a break for your buffet, however we can add a DJ set if you wish to keep the party going!
How long do you take for your break? Are you able to play background music during this time?
We take a 30 minute break to coincide with your evening buffet, we can provide a background playlist or by all means if you wish to select your own, please let us know and we can accommodate that!
Can I pick the songs that you'll play on the night?
With 10 years of playing weddings we feel we have a good grasp of what songs work and what songs don't work and also where they work best, however it is your big day! We are more than happy to take requests from our repertoire so please let us know what songs you definitely do or do not want, and we can tailor our set list to suit your requirements!
Will you learn our first dance if it's a song that you don't already know?
Of course!
Can you take any requests on the night?
Again of course, provided we know the song!
My venue has a 1am license, do you offer an extension to keep the night going until then?
Certainly! We are happy to provide a DJ set as an add on to keep your guests partying!
Do you offer any other add-on options?
From Summer 2023 we will be offering 2 and 3 piece acoustic sets between your ceremony and evening meal. These options will be dependant on date and venue, so please ask for more info and we'll check if it's possible to add these to your booking.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Sure is! We have various options for PA And lighting and having played every venue in the country, we know what works best and will always arrive with the appropriate set up to provide a banging night!
What do you think your clients love most about your performances?
Energy and interaction! We love nothing more than a full on party, we love what we do and we care about the success of your event as much as you do! We will do everything in our power to make sure your guests have the time of their lives and we aim to get every single person involved and dancing at least once!
Which artists are you most influenced by?
Everything from Abba to Zeppelin! We are a very eclectic bunch of musicians to be honest, as rock musicians we have played the Barrowlands & SECC with the likes of Biffy Clyro & Amy MacDonald and have toured with artists such as P!nk.
Our musical influences are pretty varied, and we wouldn't be against throwing in a bit of Slipknot! haha
Can you provide a ceilidh set? If so, could you give us more info about this - how long does it last, what instruments do you play, can you call the dances for our guests?
We love a good bit of ceilidh! We can provide a fully live ceilidh set of anything from 30 minutes to an hour and will be happy to call the dances! We perform the ceilidh live in our usual set up of Drums, Keys, Bass and 2 guitars.
We can even look to add a live accordion player subject to availability, so please get in touch and we can discuss that and any additional costs!
