How much time to you need for set up & sound check?

What are your standard performance times?
Set up 7-8pm, Performance 8pm to 12am with a 30 minute break.
I'm not sure what my timings are going to be yet, is there any flexibility on the standard timings?
Of course, we can work around what’s required.
How long do you take for your break? Are you able to play background music during this time?
We take a 30 minute break and yes, we can play music during this time through our PA system. We can either play a list or if you have a list on a device, we can plug that in for you.
Can I pick the songs that you'll play on the night?
We wouldn’t suggest you picking every song as every night is so different and like to use our experience to read the room and play what we know will get people on the dancefloor and keep them there. If you see some songs on our repertoire that you love and would love to be played, we will add them to our set for the night. It’s your big day and we are there for you.
Will you learn our first dance if it's a song that you don't already know?
Of course, we will learn whatever song you'd like. We can even take a song and rearrange it and change genre. It’s your first dance, so it should be done your way.
Can you take any requests on the night?
We will always try and do requests, whether we know them or not. We like a challenge!
My venue has a 1am license, do you offer an extension to keep the night going until then?
Yes, we can offer this at an added cost.
Do you offer any other add-on options?
Yes, we can provide daytime entertainment for ceremony and drinks reception. We can offer vocals with guitar or vocals with piano or even an hour saxophone set. Maybe you fancy an Ibiza set or even just classic saxophone. Finally, if you have your venue till 1am or the early hours, we can offer a DJ set for an additional cost.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, this is included.
What do you think your clients love most about your performances?
As a band we genuinely get on, we're a family, we have fun, we love what we do and that shows in our performance on stage.
Which artists are you most influenced by?
Its a mixed bag, everyone from Stevie Wonder to the classic 90's britpop bands Oasis, Pulp, Blur, the list could go on.
Can you provide a ceilidh set? If so, could you give us more info about this - how long does it last, what instruments do you play, can you call the dances for our guests?
Yes we can provide ceilidh. Our keyboard player plays the fiddle then we have the rest of the band, so guitar, bass, drums and even a bit of sax. We can do up to 30 minutes and we will fully call the dances.
