The acts we partner with are all known for their reliability and commitment to delivering a great performance, even when they're sick. That said, once in a blue moon, it is possible that a band may be physically unable to perform at your event due to sudden illness or injury. In the unlikely event that this were to occur, don't panic, we've got you covered! We'll always be able to put forward great quality entertainment that can still deliver an EPIC night for you and your guests.
All of our balance payments are kept safely in our third-party client account. After confirmation that they're en route, we forward the money to the act on the morning of the event.
If you book one of our bands and, for whatever reason, change your mind within 14 days, simply let us know, and we'll refund your full reservation fee.
We don't mark up band fees. The quote provided to you is a reflection of the price the band would have charged had you hired them directly.
If your event can't go ahead due to COVID restrictions, we got you! We'll offer you a free transfer of your booking to your new date. Even if the band you originally booked are busy, we'll re-purpose your reservation fee to any available band on the Coast roster. However, where the rescheduling of an event is not possible for whatever reason, and where full-balance payments have been received, we can offer clients a refund of their balance payment. In addition to this, to help support clients and acts alike, rather than retaining non-refundable reservation payments, we will offer this as a representative credit towards a future Coast Entertainments booking.
